#1 How to install SSOOS v0.1.0

This is here so that there are not 15 posts asking how
to install when we do release the loader/kernel base
code and binaries.
binary:
Use the provided tool to raw write the ssoos.com file
onto a blank floppy. You then boot from this floppy on
a different computer, and it is installed when it
prints "Done!"
