Alan and Baris, There are many documents that cover the UCON method in Brad's code. I am not sure what level of documentation you wish but I concur with Alan that Baker's book is excellent - and free to boot! The URL for Baker's full, online version is: http://edres.org/irt/ The algorithms might be slightly different from Baker's code. Sorry I can't be more specific but there are so many references available for each little part that it might take me a month to cobble together a complete list.
