#1 can't get widnows client working

I can't get the tunnel working from a WinXP client.
The problem should be on the windows client because I
successfully set up the tunnel with a Unix client.

Here is my connection log:

then the client stops responding.

tcpdump doesn't report any connection attempt on the
server side.

J'ai le même probleme avec windows, connexion instable et
perte de paquets si par miracle j'arrive a me connecter, mon
client unix lui fonctionne parfaitement par contre ...
