#2 FreeBSD 7-PROXY ARP Problem

At the first thanks for your grate project.
I have to say that my problem starts when we need to have a LAN2LAN tunneling. Before this one, we were using OpenVPN, but unfortunately here is many governmental restriction. Anyway, i can connect tow LANs and every thing seems to be OK but when i try to route Server side's IP addresses on my client side, and start "arp proxy all" on my server, my server will "REBOOT" after 15 mins up to 2 hours.i checked it on 2 servers in 2 different data center.both of them has this problem.
My both servers had FreeBSD 7 os and the client side is too.
If i set the arp proxy all = 0 every thing working properly but when i set it to 1 the server will reboot after a couple of minutes.

Please advice me about that.
