I have a lot of problems trying to use SSL Struts
Extension in my system, After trying everything i found
that the problem was <bean:include>. Struts SSL
Extension 1.03 for struts 1.1 version do not support tag
<bean:include> so you have to replace it with old
<jsp:include> tag
