#23 SecureFormTag doesn't output compliant XHTML code

Hi,

SecureFormTag class doesn't output compliant XHTML
code, as it's using the 'name' attribute, which has
been deprecated in the XHTML specification (i.e.
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/#C_8\). This leads to error
when validating web pages

I made the needed corrections and I would like to know
how to provide the changes. Should I make a patch; if
so, to whom should I post it? Should I send the changes
java file to someone?
