OpenSSI 1.0.0-rc5 for RH9!

This is the first release from the new "stable branch"
of the project's code repository, which will get more
bug fixes and documentation than feature enhancements.
The kernel debugger is turned off by default, and any
node that panics will automatically reboot after
fifteen seconds. New documentation includes an
Administrator's guide, a couple of READMEs and some man
pages. Several kernel memory leaks and deadlocks have
been fixed, as well as some failover bugs. Migration
issues for processes with open ptys have been resolved.
Some improvements have been made to
redhat-config-network.
