[SSI-users] Best location to find latest ssi source code

Hi, I am looking to run ssi on el5. I am happy with any el/fc openssi
release.

Is this the best place to fetch the source code:

http://www.openssi.org/cgi-bin/view?page=cvs.html

[root@nobium ssi]# cvs
-d:pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/ci-linux login
Logging in to :pserver:ano...@cv...:2401/cvsroot/ci-linux

That's a bug in the documentation at 
http://openssi.org/cgi-bin/view?page=cvs.html

If you try the incantation from http://ci-linux.sourceforge.net/ it works:

cvs -d:pserver:ano...@ci...:/cvsroot/ci-linux login

(Note: @ci-linux.cvs.sourceforge.net in place of @cvs.openssi.org).

(The problem is that cvs.openssi.org is an alias for 
ssic-linux.cvs.sourceforge.net, but the ci-linux stuff is a seperate 
sourceforge project, with its own cvs server).

Thank you for the reply. I am anxious to get an ssi cluster rocking
again.

I do not think the cvs command you sent me works, I get no files
returned.

Is ci-linux the same or some new version of openssi? What codebase
and/or website should I be looking at to deploy a new openssi cluster?

ci-linux is the cluster interconnect project, which the OpenSSI project 
uses for its... cluster interconnect.

The "cvs login" command returns no files.  You need to do a "cvs 
checkout" afterwards.

See the instructions on the sourceforge cvs page, 
http://ci-linux.sourceforge.net/

Do:

    cvs -d:pserver:ano...@ci...:/cvsroot/ci-linux login

Then

    cvs -z3 -d:pserver:ano...@ci...:/cvsroot/ci-linux co/*-r WHATEVER*/  ci
    /**/

replace "WHATEVER" with the CVS tag you want to check out.
