Actually the load level attribute is inherited so just putting
/usr/bin/make in the loadlevellist is sufficient (even if the "makes"
themselves can't move (due to cloning).

I haven't tested this. But i guess adding cc/gcc to the loadlevellist
and doing a make -j should should distribute the load right ?( load
level will happen at exec time. )
