#13 Context Dependent Symlink for Least Loaded Node

It would be great if one could create a link that would
map to the node number of the least loaded node. This
would allow heavily IO bound applications to target the
file system of the least loaded node.

    One caveat. Linux doesn't use IO to calculate it's load
    value so a node with a lot of stuck processes can have high
    load, but no IO.
