Upgrade from OpenSSH 3.8p1 packege to OpenSSH 4.1p1-2
for CYGWIN 1.5.18-1

Installer scripts upgraded for NSIS 2.08

Added switch2.exe wrapper that enables subsystems (e.g.
sftp) and disables interactive session (/bin/sh,
cmd.exe, ...)

THIS is ALPHA release, any problems reports are appreciated

Is this release part of the sshwindows.sourceforge.net
files? or at another location.

I couldn't find an up to date version here so I've rolled my
own using Michael Johnson's own scripts and hosted it to
share at:
