#8 Running Openssh with Webfolders open hang Window 2003 IIS

OpenSSH == 3.8p1

Server == Window 2003
Client == Window XP

Client has a web folder opened. ssh to the server,

cannot be runned. Error msg:- Connection reset by
peers.

It also hangs the IIS6. IIS service cannot be started

unless the server is rebooted.
