#62 Empty lines in ~/.ssh/known_hosts cause unhandled exception

When trying to open an sftp connection, j2ssh (V.0.2.5) will
try to parse ~/.ssh/known_hosts (on a Linux machine) into
three tokens.

I have been receiving unhandled exceptions because there
were empty lines in this file on my machine. The tokenizer
should only be invoked if 'tokencount == 3' for every line
read from this file.
