#9 Menu doesn't show on dual head configuration (Fedora 11)

Configuration:
Fedora11
Dual head (disp1 above disp2)
Applet version: 3.15

The applet's menu doesn't show when the applet is placed on a gnome panel placed on the bottom of disp1.
It seems like something is showing on the upper edge of disp2, but it looks like a line or 2 - no way to click anything.
Moving the gnome panel to the top of disp1 enables to show applet's menu (below the panel).
So it looks like, there is a problem with showing the applet's menu above the gnome panel in a dual head (1 above 2) configuration.
