[Sshkeychain-users] SSHKeychain, randomly locks up, spinning beachball on mouse hover (OS X 10.7.2)

This has been happening ever since I installed 10.7.2. SSHKeychain just stops working. I've attached my console log of the event, I hope it can be of some help.
I won't even notice when it happens, really, I'll just hover my mouse over it and its just a spinning beachball. No excessive CPU or Memory usage, just a beach ball and obviously can't access it to start a tunnel. I wind up having to kill it and restart it, afterwards it works, but will eventually go back to this state again.
