[Sshkeychain-users] adding tunnels in Lion?

Is anyone able to create a new tunnel with SSHKeychain with Lion?  I try 
to add one via the + button in the Preferences panel and nothing 
happens.  I try to add one via the Tunnels -> New Tunnel menu item and 
nothing happens.

I had tunnels configured on my system prior to upgrading to Lion and 
they all work fine.
