Most of these patches have already been committed to Bitbucket [1].
These changes will be available in the 1.6.0 release in a few weeks. I
don't think I've merged the Cyrus IMAP patch yet; I will be sure to do
this soon.
Meanwhile, thanks for maintaining the FreeBSD port. It's been quite some
time since the last release and patches have been accumulating.
You are welcome (and encouraged!) to check out the latest sources and
make sure everything works. I run FreeBSD as well, but it's been a while
since I've tested using syslog or rc.d.
