[SSHGuard-users] Repeated "has already been blocked" Messages Still A Thing?

Hi All,

Are the repeated "<whatever> has already been blocked" messages (was
"<whatever> should already have been blocked" in prior versions) still
a thing in recent versions of sshguard?

I know it was once discussed.  Can't find when or where.
