FYI, I'm using CentOS 8.2 with the same /24 setting, but I get the expected results. Small sample from "ipset list": 106.12.127.0/24 106.12.129.0/24 106.12.130.0/24 106.12.13.0/24 106.12.131.0/24 106.12.132.0/24 106.12.133.0/24 106.12.134.0/24 106.12.14.0/24 106.12.144.0/24 It could be something Debian related? Cheers!
