[SSHGuard-users] SSHGuard 2.4.0 release announcement

Dear SSHGuard users,

SSHGuard 2.4.0 is now available. If you are running an earlier version,
and had issues with SSHGuard leaving processes running after killing the
wrong process, you can upgrade to get a fix.

**Added**

- Match "Failed authentication attempt" for Gitea

**Changed**

- Log human-readable service names instead of service code

**Fixed**

- Correctly terminate child processes when ``sshguard`` is killed

**Removed**

- No longer accept logs given via standard input
