#11 Alt- shortcuts should be optional

I wanted to use SSH2DOS on freedos clients, Linux and
Dosemu+Freedos on server for use with DOS applications.
The problem is the applications use several alt+...
keystrokes and ssh2dos intercepts them. So, i.e.
instead of quitting Edit, I quit whole SSH session,
pressing alt+X. (haven't encountered the alt-E problem
yet but I'm pretty sure I will.) I think there should
be a switch to opt-out or remap these functions.
