[Ssh-sftp-perl-users] Channel open failure: 10: reason 1: open failed

Can someone explain why I am getting the following error message?

Channel open failure: 10: reason 1: open failed

Basically, I'm opening a connection successfully to a server, then I'm
feeding commands, it handles the first 9 without a problem and then
chokes.

Any suggestions appreciated.
