[Ssh-sftp-perl-users] What is the best way to Install Net::SSH::Perl on WinXP

Hi All,

I have tried to install Net::SSH::Perl on windows XP using PPM3. It does
not find the package. Does that mean I need to manually build the
package on the PC?
