Thanks for the pointer. I had GMP installed but indeed Math::BigInt::GMP
wasn't. Indeed, all is much faster now. And you are right, I should have
searched the archives first, sorry.

find this on cpan
Math::BigInt::GMP
install it and the delay will be gone

Next time you might want to dig through the message archives before
asking, that would have saved you some waiting.
