[Ssh-sftp-perl-users] Install problems on Win32

I've tried on different systems but keep getting this error for the 
Net::SSH:Win32Perl module.

Error: no suitable installation target found for package Net-SSH-W32Perl.

I have these defined.

	Repositories:
	[1] ActiveState PPM2 Repository
	[2] ActiveState Package Repository
	[3] RothConsulting
	[4] Theory

Can I do a local machine install without a compiler etc? (And please 
point me at the instructions as it has been months since the last time I 
did this and since memory is one of the first three things to go with 
age -- and I can't remember the other two. :-)
