Now support Oracle database

After upgrade to .net framework 4.0 to help end user to save time to install the .net framework package, we also support connect to Oracle database now . Rely on the powerful of .net framework , we do not need install Oracle client or any other oracle dependency now .

Currently we support simple sql command executation.
If further feature requested , we will add it if necessary .
