The procedure `ssax:warn' is defined in the file "ssax-warn-vanilla.scm" as
`SSAX:warn' but referenced in the rest of the library by `ssax:warn'. This
leads to undefined references in case sensitive Scheme systems.

The file ssax-warn-vanilla.scm is used only in Scheme48, which is context-
insensitive. That's why the problem was left unnoticed. It is fixed.
