#8 Selectable bantypes

With this patch you can select what ban you want
ChanServ to set when using a !ban command (!kickban, !
addban, etc. included). The default ban is *!*@host,
other options are:

*!user@host
*!*user@host
*!*user@*.host
*!*@*.host
nick!user@host
nick!*@host
nick!*user@*.host
nick!*@*.host
