#52 ChanServ shouldn't display infoline on +D chans
+D mode is used to mask users join/part but also helps some users to join silently a chan. But infoline is displayed anyway, that way, the entry isn't silent anymore.
So, here is the patch to make ChanServ not display any infoline while a chan has +D mode activated.
