#34 Search criteria for last quit hostmasks in NickServ

This patch I promised Entrope awhile back - adds the
functionality to use NickServ's SEARCH command to
search by last quit hostmasks.

Example: /msg NickServ search print hostmask lastquit
*@adam.goatse.cx

It'll also take 'lastauth' in the place of 'lastquit'.

This patch can be applied with a: patch -p1 < hostmask-
lastauth.diff
