[Srvx-announce] srvx-1.0.1 released

Thanks to Entrope, the latest stable version of srvx, srvx-1.0.1, has been
rolled up and released. If you'd like, call it a brown paper bag release;
we've managed to fix several serious bugs in ChanServ that could cause srvx
to crash. Also new in this release is much more robust uplink management and
ban handling. We recommend all users upgrade to srvx-1.0.1 as soon as
possible if they have not already done so.
