Initial Comment:
Now that it's been almost a year since arch was closed 
and access to any new development on srvx past the 
release of 1.3 isn't available, how about opening it 
up again?

Sure would be nice to see if there has been a fix for 
srvx seeing through fakehost/hiddenhost for ban evasion
(s).

No.

I have no idea what behavior you are talking about that
could be a bug in srvx; there is a known problem with
account ban matching in at least one modified version of
ircu, but that is a problem in the ircd, not srvx.
