Initial Comment:
With the update to numeric levels, this was (possibly) 
overlooked - "!mdelpeon *" only del's 100 access users 
specifically; "!mdelop *" only does 200's, etc.

Normally !trim would fill this gap, but trim does not work 
on users who are present in the chan, while !mdel<level> 
does. Given the help description of the command, it 
should probably apply to all ops, be they 200 or above 
up to 299.

With the varying access levels being assigned (now that 
users are used to having different numerics) this 
command would be more useful with an update to bring 
it into line with the numerics.
