Initial Comment:
srvx does not seem to change ChanServ's trigger from the default '!' to '.', despite being set in srvx.conf before running it for the first time. It does not change the trigger even after shutting it down and editing srvx.db by hand (it does change ChanServ's trigger back to ! in srvx.db, though).
