[srvx-devel] P10 ACCOUNT

I think this should support multiple srvx in some way, what does everyone 
else think?

i.e. set account to use the form "<srvx id>=<id>;<srvx id>=<id>;"?
(where "srvx id" could be srvx numeric?)

Otherwise, it's not possible to be authenticated to both srvx over a split :/
