[srvx-devel] srvx 1.1 and 1.2

Well, we continue to find bugs in the 1.1 code base.  Fortunately not
as many as when we released 1.0, but it's still quite inconvenient for
everyone when things crash.

We'll be fixing those bugs as they're discovered; in the mean time,
I'm going to open up the 1.2 code for development.  But instead of
putting it on yet another branch, I'm scrapping the code at CVS HEAD
of the services module and copying the current 1.1 code there.  This
will be the basis for 1.2 development.

We will still be working on srvx 2.0 (in the srvx module) as time
permits, but the main feature of 1.2 -- support for Bahamut -- is
currently higher priority than srvx-2.0.

So if you commit spam in the next bit, that's why :)
