hi, 

i mentioned this some days ago in #srvx ... gonna explain it here as well.

Situation: srvx (with offchannel enabled) always adds +z to the !set modes (on startup), but doesn't allow !set modes command executed with +z somewhere in there. For users it's confusing ... they have the modelock want to change it, so they take the old one and make their changes and want to set it back and (often) it happens +z is in there, so srvx rejects.

Comments as they appeared on #srvx:
<ZeRoFiGhter> imho it would be good if the mod_chanmode_parse method would generally allow +z (not -z) even if the flag MCP_REGISTERED is given (proto-p10.c)
<+ThiefMaster> never showing it in !set modes *and* ignoring it when setting it manually would probably be the best solution
<ZeRoFiGhter> fine with me also ...

version is srvx 1.4 latest git
