I already explained it a while ago ... now i'll formulate it over here:

The ban behaviour for ChanServ-bans (addban, addtimedban) is inconsistent.

If you join a channel where such a ban matches you, chanserv kicks, even though you join through an invite.
If you change your nick or auth to an account chanserv doesn't kick even if a ban now matches.

Imho ChanServ-bans (not !kickban or !ban, just addban and addtimedban) should always lead to kicking the user.
