Summary: uData->present and uData->seen are not updated on move/merge

Initial Comment:
When you move or merge a registered channel uData->seen and uData->present are not updated. This leads to !users saying "here" even though the user isn't on the chan.
To reproduce:
-be on a registered channel where you have access
-move or merge into a channel where you are not in
-get the userlist of the new channel, you'll see yourself as "here"

version: 1.4 latest git
