Currently, if we try to delete ourselves from a channel where our ChanServ access is suspended, we will get a "You lack access to #channelname" error. We should be able to delete our own access even if we are suspended.

Example:

[15:45:44] -ChanServ- [#devk.it (499,so)]
[16:03:15] -ChanServ- You lack access to #devk.it.
