#289 Suggestions for future versions of SpamServ

Suggestions:

1) /ss events #channelname - Displays a list of SpamServ commands issued within the past 10 minutes.

2) /ss set #channelname defaults - Resets all the SpamServ settings to their default values.

Basically similar to its ChanServ counterpart :)
