HelpServ Req # Notice
Brought to you by:
entrope
When joining a support channel that has a helpserv you get a notice saying:
[18:56:45] -HelpServ- Welcome to #support. You have been assigned request ID#1789070. A helper should contact you shortly. There are no other unhandled requests. Everything you tell me until you are helped (or you leave #support) will be recorded. If you part #support, your request will be lost.
However there is no setting to be able to chane that notice. You can set the greeting, and set the reqopened. But you can set the on join notice option.
This was requested by a german user in #support to be able to make his helpserv service (on gamesurge) have a german notice.

Those strings are part of srvx's built in text. They should end up being translated to the joining user's preferred language ("/msg authserv set language") automatically. Is that not happening?
No, it actually isn't: Even though set language is set to e.g. de HelpServ still greets with the standard english message.
