It would be useful if there was a way to search through
a channel's ban list, similar to a ChanServ !search.
One could search through a ban list and, for example,
remove all bans set by account 'theman,' or print out
all bans that have '*Virus*' in the ban reason.
Something like... !bsearch PRINT ISSUER theman
