#263 !help priorities

Hello,

first of all, srvx is a nice and very useful piece of
software, containing a lot of useful features to
administer chat servers.

There is a small feature I would like to change. If I
create an aliased command and want to get help for it,
it just shows info about the original command with a
warning that it is an alias for whatever other command.

Could it be made possible that when there is an item in
the help files describing the command, this has higher
priority than information about the alias?
