#248 Multiple Sections in topic mask

If a person were to make a topicmask such as this:

My Channel - News: * - Channel Ops: *

the person would be able to do something like this:

!topic No News Today; Op1, Op2, Op3

and get

My Channel - News: No News Today - Channel Ops:
Op1, Op2, Op3.

This would take away the hassle of having to change
the !set enftopic, then changing the default topic, and
the topic mask, then doing !set enftopic again and
retyping out the topic.

Hope you decide to add this feature in your next
release, keep up the great work.
