How about adding a user group function into SRVX which
would allow for easier user maintainance, for example...
ADMINISTRATOR GROUP
Flags: +gcn
Access: 800
#gamesnet: coowner
#support: op
#staff: master
If you add a user to the Administrator Group, SRVX will
automatically set the user up with the settings you have
specified in the group, so he/she will be given all of the
above. This would be ideal if for example you had 20
users with an OpServ Access of 10 and you wanted to
change it to Level 20 instead. By using the command...
/msg NickServ setgroup Users access 20
...You are changing the global access level of the user
group to 20, at the same time changing everyone elses
access level who is associated with that group.
For new staff, you may have the following...
STAFF GROUP
#gamesnet: op
#support: op
#test1: op
#test2: op
#test3: peon
...By adding the user to this group, SRVX will give this
user the access with ChanServ for the specified
channels. The same situation would be for removing a
user from the group, where SRVX removes the user from
the group channels, and removes the group access level
and flags in one go.
