#9 Cleanup libSRTP API
Some effort was made to make the API onto the library more opaque. This was done by separating the external definitions from the private ones, etc. Still the current include dependencies pull-in internals.
This patch tries to clean up the API, so that only srtp.h, crypto.h and err.h are needed.
