I shifted some subtitles and integrated them into the episodes with MkvToolnix. Unfortunately, I had to redo all that work because there were extra unwanted lines added 'edited with Subtitle editor...'.
Where is the setting to turn off this behaviour?

I'll add this to the settings section to put it on/off. It will be in the next version.
