Some people suggested, that the default directory for the configration (the "Home" directory) is somewhat difficult to find on Windows systems. So now you can override the default via the "-config" option.
Also some error messages where not really due to errors, so they have been removed (no error should be reported during normal operation).

As long as no one gives any suggestions/finds bugs, this is the final version.
The manual isnt finished yet and is not yet included in the release.
