#15 bw-ACKdetection based on Patch 14

This patch allows a more elaborated handling of ACK detection on the RI control line. It is enabled by setting one of the 4 new timing parameters described in the manual page srcpd.conf.5.
This handling of ACK detection is used for a very simple circuit as at https://www.stacken.kth.se/~haba/slamra/dcc/ackdetect/.
The patch is based on Patch 14 to avoid merging problems, not due to functional dependency.
